This tool was built by AMB Performance Group to support your coaching and planning work. Here's how we handle your information.
What we collect
The information you enter into this tool, which may include confidential details about your business such as financials, pricing, team matters, and strategic plans. We treat this as confidential and use it only as described below. To keep things secure, please don't enter credential-type information such as passwords, bank account or card numbers, or government identifiers — none of that is needed for this exercise.
How we use it
Your responses are used solely to generate your output, such as your planning brief, and to help your coach prepare for your session. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
AI processing
This tool uses Anthropic's Claude AI, accessed through its commercial API, to generate your results. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train their AI models, and data is retained only briefly for safety and abuse-prevention purposes (typically up to about 30 days).
Where your data goes and how to remove it
You can ask us to delete the responses we store at any time by contacting us at the details below, and we'll remove our copy. Inputs processed by Anthropic's Claude API are governed by Anthropic's commercial terms: they're not used to train their models and are automatically removed on Anthropic's standard retention schedule (typically within about 30 days). We don't control Anthropic's systems directly, so that portion follows their automated policy rather than a manual deletion by us.
